Using Jellydar

Jellydar is a community-powered map for finding stores and reported Jellycat sightings. You may use Jellydar only in compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account access secure.

Community Submissions

Store suggestions, sightings, notes, and related submissions should be accurate, respectful, and based on information you are allowed to share.

We may review, edit, reject, remove, or de-prioritize submissions to keep Jellydar useful, safe, and reliable.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Jellydar, interfere with the service, scrape or overload systems, submit spam or misleading information, impersonate others, or violate another person's rights.

Do not use Jellydar to harass stores, employees, collectors, or other members of the community.

Third-Party Services

Jellydar may rely on third-party services for authentication, maps, hosting, databases, analytics, and other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Jellydar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jellycat Ltd. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Jellydar at any time. Store availability, sightings, inventory, addresses, and hours can change and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Jellydar is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jellydar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the site or other appropriate channels.
